A glittering career sometimes hides some of the darkest stories beneath. Lolo was able to achieve her current place of prominence after years of hard work and perseverance. Jones was the sole child in a family of five as well as grew up in extreme poverty. Her mother was constantly in motion and even resided in the basement of a church for a short period of time. In 2003 and in 2004, Jones won the indoor hurdles event during the NCAA Championship. Jones started her track career in the year 2005, when she graduated from university. Jones won Torino Memorial in 2005, and also Ostrava and Heusden track events in the next year.

Growing up from Cape Town South Africa Brandt immigrated with her family to Auckland New Zealand in her in her late teens. After being discovered by local casting directors, Brandt was cast in the role as Naevia for the Starz hit series Spartacus: Blood and Sand and Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. She was among the main stars of the show, working alongside Steven S. D Knight and Sam Raimi. Mazikeen was a well-loved DC/Vertigo comics character and she played her in the Netflix show that was a huge success Lucifer for 6 seasons. Brandt's next appearance will be in a six-episode Walking Dead spin-off in 2024 with Andrew Lincoln and Danai Gurrira. Captain Fall, an adult-oriented series Captain Fall will premiere on Netflix in the month of July 2023. Brandt is a co-star with Jason Ritter Anthony Carrigan Chris Meloni. Lesley-Ann Brandt was born on 2nd December 1981, in Cape Town South Africa. She is an New Zealand actress with a great potential. Lesley Brandt along with the other members of her family moved into Auckland New Zealand, in 1999. In Auckland she was employed as a retail person then be promoted to the position of IT manager consultant. Lesley began her professional career with commercial ads following a couple of modeling jobs. Her acting degree was completed in 2008 and continued to study Meisner's methods. Lesley Brandt's very first noteworthy actor role was on the TV drama Diplomatic Immunity, which aired in New Zealand. Lesley Brandt is a supporting actor on the New Zealand television drama Shortland Street. Her next appearance was in This Is Not My Life. It is based off the true tale of Waimoana. Lesley Brandt appeared as Naevia an innocent hostage in the Television Series Spartacus: Blood and Sand. This character was later featured in Spartacus: Gods of the Arena.
